I am looking for William SHEMER married Sadie LOGSDON. They had 4 children Cary SHEMER born 12/4/1892 died 9/1945; Alta Marie SHEMER born 2/21/1892 died 3/15/1967 (this was my grandmother); Mary Magadalana SHEMER born 12/14/1894 died 5/1989; Cleo SHEMER born 12/24/1892. My Grandmother {Alta Marie SHEMER} was born in Crawford County according to her death certificate, and Cleo who is the one I am having trouble finding anything out on is the one that according to her marriage license in Hardin Co. Ohio {Kenton} says she was born in Wyndot Co. but can't find anything out on her as to her death and where.

I am researching Charles (Carl in German) WEICK who had relatives in Galion, Ohio in 1910. I found two widows, Barbara and Elizabeth who were probably married to Charles' brothers. I am piecing together a family tree from old postcards and letters of relatives of my grandmother. If there is anyone who knows about these families, I would like to hear from you. These names come from the time period of 1908 to about 1916: Henry and Clara HOCKER and Herman and Addie JACOBS. Also, from this time period are the names August and Marguerite HOLMAN who were from Pittsburg, Kansas but visited relatives in Galion, Ohio. My husband is a Mayflower descendent, and I am trying to document his family line. The society has the line documented through Elizabeth WHITE, who married EzekieL DAUGHERTY. They were both identified in a "History of Crawford County and Ohio, 1881" excerpt. In order to continue the line, I need birth, death, and marriage certificates for the following people: Resolved White DAUGHERTY, son of Elizabeth and Ezekiel Daugherty (born: 8/27/1857 died: 6/23/1939) married Catherine BENDER 2/19/1879 (born: 6/29/1859 died: Aft. 1883); Searl DAUGHERTY, son of Resolved and Catherine DAUGHERTY, (born: 6/20/1883). In the Tustison Cemetery, Crawford County there is an obelisk with inscriptions on three sides: Joseph died Nov 10, 1855 Aged 83 days; Gideon died Mar 28, 1858 aged 11 days; Sons of J & M TAYLOR. Can anyone share any information on this family? I have no other info than this. Gary Tustison
