I would like any information on my great grandfather, Ralph W. LARUE or grandmother, Edith A. FLICKINGER. They were married in Bucyrus, Crawford County, Ohio on March 22, 1896. They had two sons, Forrest and Stanley LARUE. Forrest's son, my father, was Robert Merrill LARUE. He grew up in the Tiffin, Ohio area. I believe Edyth FLICKINGER was related to a Peter or Alexander FLICKINGER. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I was born in Sulphur Springs in 1936. My interest is gathering information on the STUCKMAN family. Henry STUCKMAN was my great grandfather who married Elizabeth SNYDER in Crawford County on 9 Feb 1865. Would be interested in the verification that Henry was the son of Jacob STOCKMAN and Mary BOLLINGER. I am also interested in pursuring the connection between the STUCKMANs and the STOCKMANs. It seems that the o and the u were subjects of debate in translations. Am willing to share my STUCKMAN family research thus far with other interested people.

:I looking for any information on David LIGHTNER who married a HENDERSON. He was born in Va. in 1808 but raised his family in Bucyrus, Oh. He died in Bucyrus in 1899. He had at least 4 daughters. Harriet married a man named POUNDSTONE. Lou married a man named WEITZ and Melinda married a Luther W. BELL.

TAYLOR/HAKES/PETTIBONE Austin B TAYLOR, I'm looking for any of his children, his possible first wife and later married Delia PETTIBONE in Crawford Co. They then moved to Lorain Co Oh. Nathaniel Hamilton HAKES in Bucyrus had daughter Lucy M HAKES married Nehemiah B TAYLOR born1819 OH. and had Samantha J and George Washington TAYLOR. These children later moved to Wisc with Nehemiah and other families and Nehemiah's second wife Elizabeth Ann MILLER. Searching for information about the step-children of Mary BENDER HAUBACH. She was born 1846, in Hessen, Germany. She came to America, to New York City in 1867. She married a widower, Lewis HAUBACH, in 1873. Lewis HAUBACH died in 1878. Mary BENDER HAUBACH, her son Lewis HAUBACH Jr. and two step children, Mary and Christian Henry came to Ohio, to Galion, in 1880. Mary BENDER HAUBACH died in 1927 at Caledonia, Marion Co. The younger Mary HAUBACH married John SICKEL and lived at Caledonia. Christian Henry HAUBACH moved to Dayton, Montgomery Co. and married Elizabeth A. STOTTLEMYER in 1894. Lewis HAUBACH also had two other daughters by his first wife; Elizabeth HAUBACH married Edward KERN, and Augusta K. HAUBACH married John ANSTMAN. These daughters resided in Irvington, New Jersey.

BEAVER CROSS DUNLAP PRICE ENSLOW Searching for the parents of Sarah BEAVER. Sarah BEAVER married Thornton CROSS in Crawford Co., OH in 1835. They had child. John W. born 1836, married Emily DUNLAP; Delilah born 1841 married Daniel PRICE; Isaiah born 1846. Sarah remarried in 1851 William ENSLOW and had a few children, she died in 1861.

Samuel HOOVER (born 1814 PA) wed Sarah CASTO (born 1818 OH) on July 3, 1833 in Crawford Co. Ohio. Any Information on Samuel or any HOOVER's and CASTO's would be very much appreciated. At some point in the 1840's, the HOOVER's went to Paulding Co. Ohio to settle. It is possible this Samuel would have been travelling with a Henry and William very likely his brothers.
