Looking for information regarding family of William Henry MADER born in Germany 1830, possibly Baden, (especially information regarding William Henry's parents: Who are they? Where and when did they come to the United States?) He married Anna Margaret HEINLINE in either Ross Co, or Pickaway Co in 1853. They raised 7 children in and around the Chillicothe, Ohio area. Would there have been public birth records as long ago as 1842?
